Weekend Schedule

Friday, August 12

3:00-6:00: Check in to your hotel and/or eat an early dinner.

Enjoy some rest & relaxation! Look out onto a lake (I promise there is one close) or take a walk near one. Settle in. Eat an early dinner if you are hungry.

6:30-8:00: Meet and Greet at Diamond Point Park

Join us at diamond point park to get to know other friends and family! Small snacks and drinks will be provided. Address: 1710 Birchmont Dr NE, Bemidji, MN 56601

Saturday, August 13

AM: Enjoy Bemidji!

Enjoy any of the things listed on the “Things to do in Bemidji” list.

1:45-2:50: Catch the Shuttle

Due to limited parking at our cabin, we have provided a shuttle for you. It will shuttle you from your hotel to the wedding, to the reception, and back to your hotel. Here are the pickup times and locations:

1:40 Country Inn & Suites

1:45 Hampton/Hilton Hotel

2:00 Best Western Hotel

2:15 Ruttgers Birchmont Lodge

2:45 Ruttgers Birchmont Lodge (#2)

2:50 Movil Maze (for locals to park cars)

3:00-3:45: Ceremony at the Cabin (3703 Lindseth Dr. NE, Bemidji 56601)

3:45-4:30: Free shuttle from the Wedding to the reception

For locals, the shuttle will drop off at the Movil maze so you can get your car. For out-of-town guests, it will return you to your hotel at the end of the night.

9:00PM-1:00AM(8/14): Shuttles Home

The Shuttle will run on the hour every hour starting at 9:00PM to get you home safely. It will stop at each hotel in picked up at (Hampton/Hilton, Best Western, Ruttgers). Last shuttle is at 1AM.

Sunday , August 14

10:30-1:30: “Drop-in” Good-bye Brunch at the Cabin

Come and visit with us at a drop-in brunch hang-out before you leave! Casual buffet-style breakfast bites will be provided at the cabin. Bring your swimsuit! Hope to see you there.
